Succession/sustainability

• There is a clear framework for succession, including plans for neighbourhood management and future spatial development in the area.
• Local businesses and city firms are involved in the ongoing renewal of the area, through funding and practical support .
• Local people have better access to affordable housing in the area, and affordable housing is available for households that may not be in ‘priority need’.
• A thriving Whitecross Street that provides a living for local traders.
• Local people speak positively about what the NDC has achieved for the area.
